OP Clan Recruitment

Hi guys, today i'm opening my clan for a recruitment, here are the conditions:

To be french (really important)

To have skype or teamspeak (to contact me: add me on skype: skypedemoietcestcommeca)

To be level 60 or more (we all are lvl 70 or more in the clan)

J'espère trouver des membres expérimentés, actifs et avec une bonne mentalité sur ce forum.

If you only accept French players, wouldn't t make more sense to write this in French instead of English?

Actually it would, maybe that's why the last sentence is in french. And if you looked at the rules, it's writen that you have to post in english. So i post in english, that's all.
